As part of a comprehensive internal communications strategy, I created and managed a monthly employee newsletter that improved cross-departmental alignment and deepened employee engagement. Each edition featured updates from all departments, top-level company news from the CEO, and executive messaging I ghostwrote in my role as Chief of Staff. To enhance workplace culture and morale, I included staff birthdays, employee anniversaries, and shoutouts—alongside curated news articles highlighting client success stories and media coverage. This consistent internal communication channel helped reinforce company values, boost transparency, and celebrate wins across the organization.
